[Production Example] Inspection Stand

An example based on the premise of an image inspection machine that can be used generically rather than as a dedicated machine!

We would like to introduce a case where Nagoya Seiko Co., Ltd. manufactured an "inspection stand." We were visually inspecting several hundred thousand products per month, divided into two categories, but faced challenges such as labor shortages and variations in quality. This prompted us to develop an image inspection machine to streamline processes and stabilize inspection quality. We adopted a low-cost, easy-to-maintain simple electric slide (electric cylinder) drive, combined with a rack and pinion gear for single drive operation. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges and Requests - We want to create a semi-automatic machine that supplies and discharges workpieces manually, simplifying the mechanism to keep costs down. - We would like to alternate light-blocking plates up and down to prevent the background from reflecting through the glass surface during front and back imaging. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
